Information: Bolivia is located in South America with no access to see, bordered by Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina, Chile and Peru. Bolivia is made of two different geographic regions. The West is crossed by two north-south cordilleras bordering a large plateau, the Altiplano. Most Bolivians live in that area. Western cordillera, arid, has some majestic peaks such as the Nevado Sajama, with is the highest point of Bolivia with its 6,542 metres. The high plateau is bordered on the northeast by the Royal Cordillera, where you can admire the Nevado Illimani and the Illampu and where the capital city La Paz is located.
