Information: Slovakia is located in Central Europe, and it is bordered by Ukraine to the east, Poland to the northeast, Czech Republic to the northwest, and Hungary to the south. Slovakian landscape is varied. The Carpathians (that begin in Bratislava) stretch on the northern half of the country.
