Michel, bread-baker, pastry-chef and chocolate maker, award winner from the Royal Institute of Work Elites.
The bakery is specialised in pastries and home-made ice creams.
You will also discover how to bake the Bayard bread, made with natural leaven, and of course the small and big special breads.
For the praline-lovers, the chocolate maker will present you its chocolate creations, 100% Belgian.
Come and try the home-made pralines and do not miss the praline flavoured with jasmine flower, coming directly from China.
The bakery is holding two records: the biggest "javanais" and the biggest apple pie.
Each year, for Christmas and New Year's Eve, the bakery proposes a broad choice of aperitifs, toasts, ice creams, yule logs, cakes and other ice specialties. |
